Hello, my name is Anna Eraut, and my company has been working in Ukraine supporting the staff and leadership teams of major international companies since the outbreak of the current war in February 2022.

What we do

Our support is based on the ADAPT Programme – Agile Development and Psychological Training – developed on the ground during the war in Ukraine. We provide positive interventions for your staff based on a unique framework that combines psychological empowerment and practical business support.

ADAPT is now a leading programme in the country, ensuring businesses not only survive but also thrive amid the ongoing conflict.

Supporting your team through crisis

The war in Ukraine is having a huge impact on the mental health and well-being of everyone in the country, presenting unprecedented challenges for international companies operating there.

Your teams must navigate daily uncertainties while maintaining business operations. Your senior managers – while managing their own response to the crisis – are tasked with nurturing staff, keeping them motivated and productive.

A different approach

As an experienced psychotherapist and educator originally from Ukraine, based in the UK since 2007, I felt a deep sense of responsibility to support my home country after the full-on invasion in February 2022.

What began as offering therapy sessions to those directly affected by the war evolved into something more substantial after I realised that my unique combination of professional training, language skills and cultural understanding could make a difference to the wider community in this new reality.

I found myself working with human rights lawyers documenting war crimes, witnessing first-hand how psychological empowerment could build resilience even in the most challenging circumstances.

This led me to work with larger organisations and businesses and eventually develop the ADAPT (Agile Development and Psychological Training) approach, a framework born from real crisis experience.

Today, we work with the leadership teams of international companies in Ukraine, helping them operate in the complex realities of wartime.

ADAPT combines psychological expertise with practical approaches to organisational resilience, and is shaped by ongoing work in Ukraine. The results speak for themselves: teams that maintain focus, leaders who communicate effectively, and businesses that continue to function effectively despite the chaos around them.

Testimonials

An initiative of prime importance in the world in which we now live – a world of deep-rooted conflict and confrontation, but also of dramatic and far-reaching innovation at so many levels. Stressing the importance of a pro-active approach, ADAPT aims to support and enhance the resilience of business and government organisations to chart a path through the uncertainties, stresses and strains of our current age.

The main benefit of having Anna with us over the last three years was her familiarity with the organization’s culture, corporate structure, and management dynamics. This insider understanding allows for more efficient and focused sessions, as the psychologist does not need extensive background explanations to contextualize issues. I could more quickly address concerns related to workplace or life stress, or performance challenges, while Anna can offer tailored strategies that align with the company’s values and operational realities.

Sessions with Anna have become an essential part of my self-care and well-being routine. She offers the ideal blend of psychological support and professional coaching. Anna’s guidance in breathing techniques consistently helps me regain balance, reconnect with my inner strengths, and get a helicopter view on any situation discussed.

I greatly benefit from Anna’s deep understanding of both the UK environment and the Ukrainian context, given her unique background. Her insight into both cultures offer perspectives that are both culturally sensitive and highly relevant to my experiences.

In addition, Anna works with our company as a whole, significantly enriching our corporate culture. She provides valuable education to our team, in particular, through regular webinars on topics that are both highly relevant to our employees and of broad interest to people in general. Her contributions help ensure that our workplace remains supportive and responsive to the needs of our staff.

Anna’s work with our teams and the ADAPT framework has been instrumental in strengthening our business resilience during challenging times. The framework’s comprehensive approach, which combines psychological training, effective communication strategies, leadership development, and team cohesion, has helped us manage crisis conditions with confidence and unity. CMS Kyiv has greatly benefited from this work. This has enhanced our capacity to maintain robust team dynamics. I highly recommend Anna to any organisation looking to improve its crisis readiness and team resilience and efficiency.
