Hello, my name is Anna Eraut. Since February 2022, my company has been supporting staff and leadership teams in major international organisations through crisis situations, starting in Ukraine at the outset of the full-scale war.

Hello, my name is Anna Eraut, and my company has been working in Ukraine supporting the staff and leadership teams of major international companies since the outbreak of the current war in February 2022.
Our support is based on the ADAPT Programme – Agile Development and Psychological Training – developed on the ground during the war in Ukraine. We provide positive interventions for your staff based on a unique framework that combines psychological empowerment and practical business support.
ADAPT is now a leading programme, ensuring businesses cannot not only survive but also thrive amid conflict situations.

Our work is currently focussed on Ukraine and beyond, where the war is having a huge impact on the mental health and well-being of everyone in the country, presenting unprecedented challenges for international companies operating there.
Our clients' teams must manage daily uncertainties while maintaining business operations. Their senior managers – while managing their own response to the crisis – are tasked with nurturing staff, keeping them motivated and productive.

As an experienced psychotherapist and educator, originally from Ukraine but based in the UK since 2007, I felt a deep sense of responsibility to support my home country after the full-on invasion in February 2022.
What began as offering therapy sessions to those directly affected by the war evolved into something more substantial after I realised that my unique combination of professional training, language skills and cultural understanding could make a difference to the wider community in this new reality.
I found myself working with human rights lawyers documenting war crimes, witnessing first-hand how psychological empowerment could build resilience even in the most challenging circumstances.

This led me to work with larger organisations and businesses and eventually develop the ADAPT (Agile Development and Psychological Training) approach, a framework born from real crisis experience.
Today, we work with leadership teams in international organisations operating amid major crises, including in conflict zones. We support them to function effectively in complex, high pressure situations.
ADAPT brings together psychological expertise and practical organisational approaches, helping leaders stay clear in their thinking, communicate effectively and keep their teams working even when their environment is unstable.
The ADAPT framework offers an integrated approach that addresses both individual wellbeing and organisational resilience. This matters because your team's psychological health directly impacts your business continuity.
